Clearance
-Discharging Base Oil from vessels to be stored in our tanks in Adabeyah Port, Suez, right after vessel’s arrival, according to a notification to our side within 7 days previous to vessel’s arrival date.
-All shipping documents (3 copies of each)should be submitted to us directly from the supplier, 3 days previous to vessel’s arrival.
–GSP has a certified certificate of insurance for its tanks in Adabeyah Port, Suez according to international applicable insurances conditions.
-Insurance for oil inside tanks is made by customer and for his own benefit.
–GSP carry out the inventory process for received and delivered (In tanks) quantities, according to written authorization from your company.
-GSP will deliver the requested quantity of stored Base Oil to your side based on your request and according to a written authorization from your company, 24 hours before delivery date.
-Truck uploading will be under GSP supervision and in the presence of your company’s representatives as well as inspection side in order to issue weight bill .
-GSP is responsible of trucks testing, cleaning, sealing and quantities confirming.
-Both sides will agreed upon the product loss rate of 0.5% (- / + ) during weight process, and same percentage during delivery the product to your side.
-Your side has complete rights to re-check and calibrate the product after delivery to your side.
–GSP carry out customs clearance and all related procedures governmental and maritime authorities .
Nominating authorized calibration side to do the following:
-Check a sample of the imported material from vessel.
-Determine vessels / tanks necessary measuring before and after discharging .
-Tanks sealing after receiving the whole amount from vessels according to certified report receipt.
